Door Codes for our Lobby and Loft Suites are emailed to you the day prior to your arrival.

We offer ONE complimentary overnight Parking Pass PER NIGHT PER LOFT SUITE at the Marsh Street Parking Structure.
*All Additional Parking Charges are Guest’s Responsibility*
The Marsh Street Structure overnight parking is a $8.00 maximum charge

We have a Loading Zone located directly out front of our Historic Building for the convenience of Loading and Unloading. -Your parking pass will be located in your welcome packet inside your loft.

Noise Disclosure : Yes, it can get loud, the lofts are located in the center of downtown’s entertainment district. This property is surrounded by bars and night life. Generally, the downtown entertainment district is open until 2 am. And we wouldn’t want it any other way…
